;)

Good to see you here bud.

Just sorting through some of the topics on this new forum and I can already tell that this is truly the right fit for me.

And, Rott, nice story, bro'. Tell it again (it's all good, my son does that to me all the time just to make me feel like a jerk. And because he loves me.)

I took the whole fam damily to Disneyland just before Thanksgiving because some of them had a rough year and I thought it would be good for their souls. Anyway, while I'm down in SoCal I was AMAZED at the number of folks sporting 'Hawks apparel. I had so much fun going around Anaheim and L.A. and frequently shouting "GO HAWKS!" and being met with a surprised smile and a "GO HAWKS!" in response. Even got the opportunity to talk to some of these wayward fans and share our hopes for postseason success. You all and I know that this is rare territory for a Seahawks fan, to be met on neutral ground and find dozens of like-minded fans. I normally sort of look down my nose (affectionately to be sure) at "fair weather fans" but if they're gonna be in I certainly welcome them to the fold.

GO HAWKS!

Hey Rott, my in-laws are up north in Yellville Ark., where are you at? I always wanted to sic a rotweiler on my mother-in-law.
Oh..., you and I share a first name, whatcha think about that Skip-dog?
Anyway Rott, this Seahawk fan has hit a pinnacle of clarity & joy staring into 12-2 & beyond. I got a 32 oz. tumbler, some wild turkey and crown & canada dry. First I fill the big boy with ice from the fridge door, then I glug from a chosen bottle till half full over ice, then cut with just a little mixer. The old lady is asking why I'm using so much ice. Just a little tip while I'm brassed out.
Anyway Rott,I was thinkin' bout the new PI shack and the first thing I thought right after I drew a chug of crown was " Rott's my buddy", then I thought Yoder's my buddy too. This all might be too personal or not PC enough for some, but I don't care.
I got banned about 6 years ago from the PI cause I bumped every pro-conservative thread to the front of page one and stirred up some dust on the political forum. Then I went incognito as "Rand Steele" at the Times forum, a coke truck driver whose girlfriend dumped him years ago but he still had the Bosworth jersey she gave him for christmas and nobody better argue with me about my Seahawks cause I know everything there is about 'em. They never warmed up to me.
Anyway Rott, I don't know if you'll read this cause your probably out birddoggin that seagal you met outside the liqour store in arkansas with the fireflies. I know how those girls from Arkansas are, been there, done that.

Anyway, won't be long and we'll all be ordering those Superbowl champion hat & shirt combo's off the TV and the rest of the Hawk haters can shove it.

God bless you Rott.
God bless you Yoder.

Gotta get some ice now.

Hey Rott, I don't listen to country music, and nobody really should, but you have a gift for writing the stuff. It's obvious.

'Just told a gal in Arkansas about the Shack tonight'?

^ That's an intro to pure country gold right there.

(Ha..good to see you braddah)
