The Lions have now fired their GM Mayhew and their President Lewand.
Speculation on PFT is Stafford might be on the block, too.
Caldwell is still there now as HC and he fired a couple of assistant coaches, but after the season there might be a HC change and perhaps some of their players might be available as FAs.

yeah they appear to be completely cleaning house. I'm betting they try to move Megatron (watch him end up on the Pats) and maybe Stafford in the offseason. I'm not sure they have anyone we'd be interested in though.

Ziggy is probably the one guy they definitely want to keep. And their next best three players on defense play positions we don't need (Safety and MLB).

I like it.

A full blown overhaul is needed in Detroit. Their dumpster fire is chalk full of busted draft picks, and a scouting department that has nothing to show for their last several drafts.

It was needed, and it serves notice for the remaining coaches/players.

Who knows how many of them wanna stay there anyway. Megatron and Stafford may stick around for as long as possible to collect checks, and that's about it.
