Cherry Pickin Other Teams for Talent?

Postby Uppercut » Thu Jan 21, 2016 8:38 pm

It seems like all the fruit pickin is over for the 2016 season upcoming? All now have coaches. How come no one is cherry pickin the Panthers, Denver, NE, or ARZ coordinators? Seems like when the Hawks were in the same places the last two years it was open season.

One would think the Panthers would be ripe for other teams to be sniffing around. Denver had a fairly new coaching staff, and teams often want coaches that have been successful for a couple of years, so it's a mystery about Arizona. NE seems to keep their staff fairly well intact considering how successful they are. I wonder if other Front Offices look at them as being only a Belichick team, and not as much a team of Assistant Coaches.

Sean McDermott, DC with the Panthers, has drawn some interest but hasn't landed a job, at least not yet.
