Just a couple of comments: I think we'll take a RB higher than the 7th round. With Rawls just coming off crutches we're pretty thin at that position, and I think (perhaps hope is a better term) that we'll take an OT early, perhaps even with our first pick should one of the top OT's happen to slip. I have a hard time believing that Pete and John are comfortable with the tackles we currently have on the roster to the point where they'd wait that long before picking one up.
I'm also intrigued with your selection of Vernon Adams. I've watched him at Eastern and at Oregon and like you, feel that he possess many of the same qualities that Russell has and I'd be delighted if we selected him. He reminds me a little of Colin Kaepernick but not quite the same arm strength. I think he could be a viable backup.
I'm going to try to focus on getting the right players vs. getting the round right
