Good news but hardly a shock given our teams leadership. This team, and especially our qb are simply a determined, disciplined bunch of football fanatics, who are entirely unable to stop being competitive to an extreme.

Every team has unofficial QB/ receiver camps/ workouts etc. This is the first time I've ever heard of one that includes the lineman as well. Have you heard of that before?

It surely couldn't hurt with 2 new members along the OL.
I would guess they have last years playbook (or at least the plays that the Offense is based on) to get the OL in tune with each other and at least familiar with the concepts of our Offense and schemes.
