The Originals

I was on the phone today with a Seahawk ticket agent. During the conversation, she mentioned that there are ~4000 season tickets holders that go back to the inception of the Seahawks. I didn't think there would be that many crazy folks with tickets today... especially after the 1992 season (not counting 76). Crazy...

I wonder if those are actual originals or if they have been recipients of hand me downs within the family?

Pretty cool.

I was a student at Eastern in 1976 when the expansion Hawks held their first ever training camp on campus. I remember just a few things. Terry Beeson, linebacker out of Kansas was a stud, Patera was a prick that didn't allow water breaks (pre Cory Springer mentality), and all the fights... after each and every play or contact drill.

I was a 16 year old kid who begged my dad to buy those 1st season tickets. He wouldn't do it. He passed away in 1999. Maybe I'll forgive him someday...
