Hate to say it, but the Seahawks are one of the best teams I have ever seen at winning. They win with D. They win with STs. They win with O. They win with coaching. The win blowouts and close games. It reminds me so much of my old Niners. So many ganes we shoulda lost but ended up winning. Lol and I hate the Seahawks being like those old teams. But a spade is a spade and they are.

Game was ugly and unimpressive. Just as unimpressive as a lot of wins during 2013 and 2014. Didn't matter because they ended up in the SB anyway.

Dang it.

To move toward an oxymoron, winning ugly is still beautiful.
I wonder if the Dolphins will be a much improved team this year and we just got the first taste of their competitiveness, or if it was our own ineptitude that kept us out of the endzone until the last minute.
It looked to me like they are on the upswing, though.

Nice post! I agree...every win is beautiful. Close, ugly games are more impressive than blowouts in my view, because it means they knew how to grit it out.

We had it penciled as a win and we won, however I penciled TB as a win that looks in doubt now.
Who knows till you play them.

I-5 yep, Seahawks will be there in the end. Will probably have some ugly games here and there, but great teams always pulls those out. It's great if you are a fan of such a team, very frustrating if you are not.

Whoa a future sighting...

I worried about the game for weeks having made plans and spent tons of money to attend . Gase knew our defense as well as our offense having coached a game vs Seattle in 3 straight seasons. Suh is scary and I worried he might hurt Wilson if he got to him..........Our offense was out of synch for most of the preseason and our strength which was the run game didn't play too well against their front. I'm not saying I expected a loss but I felt it was a possibility. And yet we lost the TO battle but won the war. Neither team was sharp but I expect this gritty win will look a lot better in a few weeks. I expect the dolphins to be decent this year. And not to agree with Future but damn the Hawks and Wilson are really good at winning, pretty or ugly it does not matter.


I like our chances next week.

Oh the horror we won our first game ,now everybody knows us and that we are not very good. LOL
