How cool would that be to have a successful trade of that sorts?
Hawk blogger noting he has missed the padt 2 practices, not injury-related. Also no spot filled yet for Tukuafu. Could something be brewing?!! https://twitter.com/hawkblogger/status/ ... 5306941440

Oh hell yes, I'd be all over that!

Which means of course there no chance in hell ...

If he gets traded, I would think the Vikings would be the destination after losing their LT Kalil.

Ironically a couple of us were discussing this possibility just a couple of days ago. I'd be all for it. Although Thomas is in his early 30's, offensive linemen do not have to worry as much about 'losing a step' as other positions do...you can't lose something that you never had in the first place. So long as he's healthy, I see no reason why he can't play at a high level for another 5 years.

I would love this. Like Bob, I believe it's then unlikely to happen.

The Tukuafu thing is about roster flexibility, IMHO.

So who do they cut? Bennett would give the 4 million necessary... Thomas and Sherman? Chancellor and Thomas? Wilson? The money isn't there and its doubtful Thomas rework his contract when he's on his last legs ( 3-5 years tops left to make his money)... So what all pro, pro bowl player do the Seahawks jettison?

This is the $64,000 question, isn't it? I think that Graham is the most likely to go, if Thomas was available. The defense is the only reason the Hawks were in either of their games, and I don't think you want to mess with that. The defense means that the Hawks are usually a play away from winning any game, and that's too valuable to compromise. So Graham it is.

It's a nice thought...but a pipe dream.

Only the (OL) names change:)

I understand the changes from a year ago, but it is tiresome, and SF actually has some decent talent up front for Sunday DL Buckner/Armstead). Regardless, we need Early momentum and points to get control of this thing. Cannot let another inferior opponent stick around all afternoon.

Go Hawks!!!
