Brandon Williams

If's we're going to go after a FA other than an OT how about one of the very best run stuffing DT's in the league?

The ravens aren't going to tag Brandon Williams; he's 28 and just coming into his second contract in the league and he could anchor our D-line for years. If we're spending FA money somewher other than OT I can't see where it'd be better spent.

He would be a good player alongside Reed who is also a stout run defender and is going to get better.
It works for our Defense who likes to stuff the middle and force the run game wide where speed at LB can track them down.

I could see him as someone to rotate with Reed, but I think the need on the DL is for a pass rushing DT. I understand your comments on the scheme, but while that works really well for the run game, I think the biggest weakness on the defense has been a pocket-collapsing DT.

It would be great to have him, but I guess I'd see that position being farther down on the priority list.

CB I would rather pick Nick Mangold, IF we could afford him.

By all means let's take Okung and Beno and Williams. Then we would be doing great.

If we pick up our needs with FA then we can draft for BPA.
