This kid could be our return man this year. He runs a 4.2 40 right now he is going to be playing special teams but sometime in the future he can be a slot receiver.

The kid really has a great story. I wish him good luck in this game and a spot on the team.

Well actually 4.33, but that's still blazing fast. I'm leary of track stars trying to be football stars; very often they fade away when the heavy hitting starts, but some can really be an asset when they do work out. I'm rooting for him!

He has a peak of 4.2 when he was running track and field

His near touchdown was really impressive and closer than it looked, He nearly got his lower leg down while a defender was attempting to decapitate him with a vicious hit. That's good to see out of a track star.

I missed that play and haven't been able to find a video. If anyone sees one, can they post the link here? Thanks!

I think the Seahawks are going to cut him loose. At least the way it is now. I hope he starts as a return man. Maybe then he is going to stay.

I didn't take note of whether he returned kicks against the Chargers.
If not, then I doubt he's seriously being looked at as a return man, but maybe the plan is to have him return kicks next game.

We have got to take advantage of the speed he has. Someone is going to pick him up and start him. I hope he starts as a wide receiver. 4.2 speed is rare and if we keep him as a 4th string wide receiver he will do better next year.

Top end speed is a great thing to have when it's supplemented by pass catching ability and route running.

Besides, unless our OL improves dramatically over what it was the past two seasons, our receivers aren't going to have time to get their wheels up to top speed.

We need to run timing plays for Grayson.
