Bummer - David Johnson to miss extensive time; maybe IR

Arians reported that David Johnson dislocated his wrist and will miss extensive time. He also said he is a candidate for surgery and IR is an option. I hate to see that happen to anybody... he has been fun to watch. Though I hate the Cardinals, I hate injuries to anyone.

I don't dislike any player on other teams - even the Pats because they could end up on our team, but I do dislike the fans of other teams.

I enjoy your posts, Largent and I'm happy you are here. But this is the 2nd or 3rd time you've suggested this to me. Here are my thoughts: A) this is related to the Hawks. One of the projected league-leading RBs is a division foe and now he's out. So it's related. B) if the title (which you must admit, was pretty clear) does not interest you, don't open it. It's not like there is a finite amount of space here, bro. Let it go!

In a larger forum like .net, where the last thread you posted on can be three pages deep by the time you check back, I can see the need for a "rest of the NFL" separate forum, but here I'me perfectly comfortable with what we have in a main forum an an O/T forum for non football related stuff.

Honestly that's one of the reasons most of us like posting here, because we know each other and aren't too worried about a thread or two not directly dealing with Hawks (although I would argue this definitely is connected to Seahawks football). It doesn't seem to bother anybody except you. When I find myself in a situation that involves multiple people and non serious moral or social issues and I'm the only one bothered by it then I'm probably the one who needs to change my perspective on the situation. You seem to be in one of those situations right now....

I'm honestly not bothered by it, but if we are to list all the players on Seahawks opponents that get injured, the list is going to be long. WE will have our own players injured, it's the nature of the game.

While this sucks for AZ. I remember last year where we lost multiple players with broken legs, clavicals(sp) and many others. Hell, we lost our first pick in this years draft before camp even started.

The thing about Johnson is he is a key piece of the Offense for our main competitors therefor it has a good chance to effect us directly.
With our Offense apparently in neutral, it could mean we get some breathing room until it starts to move forward.

I would never cheer for injuries to FB players at any level, but sorry, very few teams can cover our bad luck with Injuries. So I have empathy with, but no sympathy for the Cards.
