Hey Obi,
The forum is set for UTC-8 Pacific Time.
Here's a snippet from the control panel that might help.
"Timezone setting is to use for displaying times to users who are not logged in (guests, bots). Logged in users set their timezone during registration and can change it in their user control panel."
Let me know if you're able to change your settings.
