Wow what a shi++y, overrated Lamb defense!
I know I'm supposed to ignore you but this game gave me hope for the Hawks' offense. Or, simply, the the Rams defense is absolute garbage.

I'm actually relieved after watching that horrid offense of the Niners hang 39 points on the Ram's D. Perhaps our slow start won't be as bad as I thought.

That's what I was thinking watching that, too. Our offense is certainly trying to work a few things out, but holy sht- that ain't the Rams D we've seen the last few years.

Should have been 41 if their kicker could make extra points. I think the 9ers would have won in O/T...

I think there was a lot of injuries in this game that will haunt both teams going forward, too. We'll see if that is the case. At least they have 10 days to heal before they have to play again though.

I hope nobody was injured enough to be out for any length of time.

It was a fun game to watch as I didn't care who won but it's difficult to project any future games against us as we just don't match up well against the Rams.
Maybe a new coach and philosophy will mean we do better, but it might just be a case of them not matching up well against SF or just having a bad game.
Those things happen early in the year when a new coaching staff installs their Offense and Defenses.
