Rawls is back

Postby Hawktawk » Thu Nov 09, 2017 5:55 pm

Rawls had some juice late in the game last week averaging 4.1 ypc and also grabbing two catches for 30 yards. Through attrition he's going to get some touches and I think he's a back that needs that. I see a big game from him tonight...

Yeah, but how much you wanna bet that Fat Eddie Lacy gets the start.

OK, I would have lost that bet.

Rawls was a one year wonder, a rookie wonder. Then he was hurt and turned back into a pumpkin.

Keep McKissic in there PLEASE!!!

Dunno what's up with Rawls, but if he's 100%, he should be taking charge at RB.
A real disappointment if he just ends up as a one hit wonder, but it's looking more and more that way.

Carson is good, but we need a lot of new blood competing back there next spring. I also mentioned in another thread that I'd love to take a RB high in draft, because even w a crap line, a solid rook will still be able to make enough of a difference. Our offense can't function consistently without it. I like McKissic's enthusiasm, speed, and toughness for his size meanwhile.
