Does anyone know if Russell Wilson has communication equipment in his helmet. I honestly don't know.

Yup- in fact, anyone you see with a green dot on the back of their helmet has one, political. Bobby Wagner has one, too, iirc.

One player on defense, usually the MLB and in our case it's Bobby Wagner, can have a radio in their helmet, too.

That's one of those things that hurryup Offenses can take advantage of.
The comm cuts out at 15 seconds, so if a team is in the hurryup or seriously up tempo, the coaches in the boxes can tell him where to look for the best matchups.
It's been said the LaRams do that regularly with Goff and is part of their success and it makes sense with young QBs but it can't hurt having another set of eyes pointing out the best matchups.
