Sealed the win and totally caught the Lions off guard . I was thinking that was a pretty safe play because what if they did catch him for a safety that's only two points and we kick off and they take it on the 25th yard line. The danger of that play is that he only makes it a yard or two and they have excellent field position. I saw him running to his left and thought it was a safety. Best play of the game game for Dickson

It may have "sealed the win" but taking the safety and punting from the 20 would have effectively done so as well without exposing us the the danger of them getting the ball back inside our ten, making a quick strike TD and then a successful onside kick. and being in the same place on the field with one score to win or tie rather than two scores.

Fun play, but it was a bad move.
