The players even have to pay for their own way home. I guess it isn't going to be a feeder for the NFL after all.

I never saw any of their games, but it's too bad as it might have evolved into
a "feeder system" for the NFL. A lot of college OL could use the work and extra
playing time, not to mention QB's.

Guess Jim Zorn won't have a job next year

I watched a couple games and they were entertaining, better than watching NBA IMO

I watched one game, and for the most part it was decent football, the glaring lack of NFL caliber talent was at QB.

I never watched a single game and didn't have any plans to do so. Currently, I'm following my March Madness bracket and trying to re-connect with the Mariners and MLB, and with the snow finally gone and a 1 acre lot to maintain, there wasn't a lot of time left over.

Myself and 4 others got together for a bracket draft. We all were allotted $25 of Monopoly money to spend on each team and once we had our roster of teams, we got awarded points according to their seeding. So in other words, if Gonzaga was one of your teams, you got just one point if they won. However, there were 5 separate payouts after each round, including one payout for the winner of the NC game, so there were two separate strategies: Buy lots of teams albeit it the higher seeds and shoot for the early money, or bid for a Duke or Virginia and shoot for the NC game.

The problem is the draft. Since there is just a couple of days from Selection Sunday until the first games on Thursday, there's only 3 days in which to hold it, and it took us close to 3 hours and a whole lot of beer to finish it.
