Not surprising.  From what I understand, Lynch blew at or just barely above the limit, and unless there were extenuating circumstances like a wreck, a judge/jury was unlikely to convict him.
Since he was not convicted of a drug or alcohol related crime, I don't believe that the league will do anything as he is not in violation of the substance abuse policy.  All it is now is a traffic violation.  Unlike marijuana use, the league does not restrict players from using alcohol.
Just my opinion, by the way.
