What it is Ike to be Russell Wilson. It’s tough to play good against a relentless pass rush without protection. The Chiefs didn’t help him out at all. No roll outs, focused on the run way too late. Reminded me of the Hawks in the second half of the season.

Exactly, you cannot lose two good starters, and just be okay.

Tampa Defense played a hell of a game. Todd Bowles is no joke.

And damn if Brady didn't make it look easy at 43. And he faced the best QBs in the league. This guy, nuts.

What a boring game.

The penalties that KC kept making in the first half! They beat themselves in a way. I was rooting against Brady, but damn, gotta hand it to the guy...as if his GOAT position wasn't already secured. I have this weird respect that makes me feel dirty inside.

It's ironic that you mentioned that as I had said to myself during the game that Mahomes looked a lot like Russell out there yesterday.

The killer was the penalties, especially on defense. A lot of the defensive holding and PI calls I felt were very ticky tacky, and social media has lit up about them. But it's pretty hard to blame their loss entirely on penalties when you lose by 3 TD's and your offense never gets into the end zone. I don't think the poor officiating will go down in the same chapter as XL, but when the penalties are as skewed towards one team like they were, 11 on the Chiefs to just 4 on the Bucs, it's bound to raise a lot of eyebrows
