Raw fries and scrambled eggs

First cube up 1 potato season to taste with salt and pepper to taste. I like to add a small amount of jalapeno and bell pepper. When these are fully prepared pouring over 1 egg with cream or whole milk. Add two pats of butter to the potato mixture. Pour the scrambled eggs over potatoes, allowing them to finish cooking. Turn over as you would and omelet for 30 seconds. And wallah there you have it. Raw fries and scrambled eggs.
