Gotta free up cap space and pick up some quality free agents and re-sign Williams so that 2nd round pick isn't wasted.

On the other hand, Julian Love was ranked #23, which considering there's 2 safeties on the field, is a very respectable ranking, and the eye test agreed again as Love had some outstanding efforts late in the season.

Diggs fell off hard for some reason after his injury. Sometimes you don't make it back from injury all the way.

Anyone know if we're blowing off the 3-4 and going back to something more like a 4-3? We just cut Mone, who was listed as a nose tackle...
Looks we are in 'rebuild mode' -- so lets go all the way and trade DK to at least try to move in the draft to get whichever QB the team decides on.
I doubt that would be #1, 2 or 3, but lots of teams ahead of us have already indicated their pick could be up for auction.

Of those RFA's mentioned above, the only one I would tender would be Jackson.

As it stands now, this is just another brutal 2nd round pick that the PC/JS combo whiffed on, he has not lived up to the billing of a 2nd rounder. Hoping a new regime can fix what's wrong with him.
