Why do you make such bombastic statements? You have seen this before. You watched it in Super Bowl 48 when our defense dismantled Peyton Manning. You've seen it quite a few times when a great QB lays an egg. It has happened many, many, many times over the years to Hall of Fame players including Brady or Montana.

I don’t think we need to go there now, but he has been terrible, like the rest of the team. This performance doesn’t change anything about what we discussed in the other thread. This season has been an outlier. Also, if you look at HOF QBs I guarantee you will find halves like this...

This is like time travel back to the 90’S, been a long time since it’s been this ugly. Soooner or later the Hawks had to pay for their sins.

1. Consistently sh*tty o-line
2. bevel
3. Cable

Anybody can add to the list if you like.

He has made some bad plays but we cannot run the ball or stop the run. We are not a playoff team.

Use rest of the season to evaluate who is a player and who is a joke. Clean the house goes for coaches too. can't just let it string along, good opportunity from a cold kick in the teeth.

If Pete and John don't get a wake up call after this, they're not going to wake up to the problems ever. I don't want some great comeback. This needs to sink in that we have problems and something needs to change.

I gotta defend HC. He's been harping on this subject for some time, and there's been a few posters that have questioned his allegiance over it. He's right, we can't trumpet Russell's 4th quarter heroics if we don't at least note that part of the reason that we're in a predicament in the first place is due to his poor play earlier in the game.

But in this case, it's much, much more than just Russell playing poorly.

You gotta add Pete to that list, if for nothing else that the guy at the top always has to take at least part of the blame.

Greatest of all time? Tom Brady LAST week: passer rating at half: 31.... Tom Brady LAST SB 62 rating at half... today RW rating at half 70... I’m not saying he’s playing well, he’s actually playing like crap, BUT the GOAT certainly has had halves like this if not worse... I know it’s easy to just throw crap out there but you haven’t given any stats to support your opinion outside of this years weird quarter by quarter stats... Also remember Tom Brady is in the discussion for MVP this year...

As much as I don't like it, but the realist in me thinks that our shot at being one of the great dynasties was Super Bowl 49 and we failed. We'll never get back or get another shot at the dynasty again during the Pete Carroll Era. You only get a shot like that once or twice in a franchise's history. If you miss it, you likely won't get it again. We didn't take advantage of our opportunity. It's going to be downhill from here with some good football here and there. I'll be very surprised if we get within sniffing distance of another Super Bowl win during Pete's time here.

In the discussion? Brady's the leading candidate, and if they beat Pittsburgh today (they're currently down by 1), he'll have a stranglehold on the award.

Some of the Hawks need to focus more on being professional football players rather than professional national anthem protesters. I won't mention any names but his initials are MB.

Yeah, I was just using HC’s aote of never seeing the greatest of all time or somebody in the MVP discussion playing such a bad half

I would be down with Wags ( hurt anyway should have already been pulled) ET and Locket other than that, let em swallow this pounding. Maybe they'll actual learn to play a full 4 quarters.
