Yesterday I had a Facebook from a high school classmate, part of a Seahawk booster club in Oklahoma that asked me if I was going to the game. Let me send him an IM and I'll see if he has access to tickets. How many tickets are you looking for?
idhawkman wrote:Just to clarify, they are Hawks fans right? Also, since the game is at 7:15pm Central it will probably go late and then traffic getting out of there. They may not have a Sat. night meetup after the game will they? Or is it before the game?
idhawkman wrote:Thank you River. I made contact there and may have even found a person to go to the game with.
The Shack delivers again. Thank you Shack!!!

idhawkman wrote:Well it was a pretty good experience considering. I accidentaly got stuck in the event staff parking lot so I got away with not paying for parking and that was the most positive thing I could say.
The tailgate party River introduced me to a bunch of his friends were having was about 3 miles away from the event staff parking and it was a good walk for me. I got a soda, hotdog, bag of chips and a piece of cake for $5 donation and it was the only thing I had eaten all day.
Jerry's world is enormous and fitting of the pompous ass that Jerry is. The decible meter never went above 104 in there and didn't seem very loud. Of course there were many empty seats throughout the stadium, too.
The game itself was interesting but what kept striking me as odd is the nonchalant way RW played the first 3 quarters. I really would like to see him hustle on and off the field better as it sets a tone for the other players. I'm truly convinced that he has ice in his veins in the 4th quarter because by then he has warmed up and so has what ever in his veins. I have no idea what is in there before the 4th quarter.
The Cowboy fans jeered us a bit but overall they were respectful and not that big of a nuisance. Getting out of Jerry's world was a nightmare but I didn't mind the traffic as much as the radio stations going on and on about the win. I think every station on the scan dial was post game coverage.
You could tell the Cowboys wanted it more before the game in the pep huddle. I like the Boise State kids on Dallas' team but I didn't want them to do quite as well as they did. (Tyrone Crawford, Demarcus Lawrence and Layton Vander Esch)
Oh, got my ticket for only $50 since it was just before game time, too. So I wasn't out a lot of cash at all.
