Watch real ball this weekend.
Rams 35, Pats 24
Take that to Vegas

I feel the Hawks would have beat either team last night.

The lack of D scores like pick 6'es and fumble recoveries in the endzone and a safety or two thrown in what was lacking

Anybody see Trey Wingo's rant on Mike Golic's show? He skewered everybody that was saying the game was boring yet sat through the whole thing.
NorthHawk wrote:It seems it was like it was about 10 years ago when a lot of the SB's were boring.
This one was a real let down, but I have to admit I didn't watch a lot of it, rather I popped in to see what had happened
then skipped back to another channel after watching the commercials.

The sentiment has already been stated on this board, but Wingo is seriously disregarding that this is typically an event for a lot of people. I know where I was the game was essentially back ground noise. We were busy eating and drinking well and conversing while keep an ear out for anything exciting in the game. Never really happened. I thought the game was largely poorly called by the coaches and full of underwhelming performances save Edelman. Sorry Wingo, you have some misplaced anger on this one.

the 2 least deserving teams got into the championship.
c_hawkbob wrote:Screw Wingo (and usually I kinda like him), what the hell right does he have get so mad at people for not having the same opinion he has? The game sucked. Yes there were some nice defensive plays and some decent hits but there was a lot of poor blocking, poor passing and poor decision making (on both sides, but more so from the Rams.
There was no drama, no ebb and flown, no excitement. The game was a dud no matter what Wingo says. I'm not going to 'shut up' cause he pitches a fit.
There's not a lot of topics that we're all in agreement with, but this is one of them. Everything you said is exactly how I saw it.

yeah we lost but you did not lose me
Hey a step at a time builds a long term dynasty
next season Rams go 19-0
Lucky for hawks we are all 0-0 right now
Rams, Niners, Sea, ARZ in that order in the west...

Goff and McVeigh were totally exposed as deer in the headlights, even by a worn out old train with a creaking engine running out of steam.
Gave up 13 points to one of the worst ever performances by Brady and still lost by 10. BWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Good luck with that
But all trash talking aside, the Rams sure look like a prime candidate for the Super Bowl loser's curse. The looked just horrible, one of the worst SB performances in recent memory.
