Since it's the off season and nothing better to do than make up scenarios, how about a trade with the Raiders for Carr + a pick or 2?

Wow, the Anthony wing of the forum must be standing on ledges after reading your make up scenario.

Derek Carr seems to me to have peaked and has that deer in the headlights look to him. I don't see anyone in the league trading anything of value for him. If the Raiders part ways with him, I don't see him getting another starting job unless it's as a backup that replaces an injured starter or something.

Carr is no Russell Wilson, but in the right situation he might be effective.
He's got a good arm and with a good running game he could do well.

I wasn't impressed with Carr at TCU let alone with the Raiders. No on that deal for me.
