Wow. I just read the comments.
Its obvious that only 1 or 2 of you have actually given the Harvin situation some intelligent thought.
"It was still the right move at the time." Really? Trading a 1st, 3rd, 7th and giving out a huge contract to a MEDIOCRE player who causes problems everywhere he goes and is unable to do the things that WRs are supposed to do....and it was the right move?
Jeez, in a year or two when he is out of the nfl (another prediction that I made when we got him... ) most of you guys will STILL be in denial.
Harvin is not even a good football player. He is mediocre AT BEST and his production in his career reflects that (as does j7st watching him play...).
It seems as though most of you are suffering from Al Davis disease....it doesn't matter that he can't run routes, it doesnt matter that he has a hard time catching passes more than 10 yards deep, it doesnt matter that he constantly gets injured and takes himself out of games or causes problems in locker rooms......because he's fast.
Harvin may be fast, but he sucks at Football and anyone who can't see that is still in denial.
Wake up you guys, and pull your head out of your ass. Everyone in America had been warned about how toxic (and unproductive) he is, and everything turned out to be 100% true (and even worse).
If the hawks (or you guys) wanted a game-changing player then why not go for a GAME CHANGING PLAYER instead of a mediocre-at-best POS who brings tons of problems with very little on-field production.
Harvin's nfl career is almost over, and it's not just because he is a POS, it's because he isnt good.
Teams put up with POSes if they help make the team great. Harvin actually made us WORSE. Adding Harvin hurt the seahawks. Eventually even stupid teams like the jets will learn their lesson and Harvin will be out of the nfl
