I watched Luck scramble some and do what Future calls playground plays, I watched him leave the pocket even though he did not need to, in fact I watched him do these things the last several games. I also watched him throw 2 ints and be bailed out by his defense.

Hey now! You can't talk about the anointed one like that!
Didn't you read the headline? This was the official passing of the torch game! Now instead of the media constantly slobbing Manning's knob, we will be forced to hear them slurping Luck's every week, and the media can now feel free to rip Manning without mercy, because they've found a new Messiah.

Makes me nauseous.

Besides, Luck is a "pocket passer" even though he scrambles quite a lot, and throws on the run VERY often.
Wilson is NOT a pocket passer, even though he throws the majority of his touchdowns and most of his explosive passes from inside the pocket.
Haven't you heard? Sheesh man get with the program!

I wonder if RW were white(R) ;) & Luck were less white (Ya know, less Amish) - I wonder what the story line would be.

I would wonder that too except, the media just loved watching Michael Vick play early on in his career, they slobbered over him excessively; and during RG3's rookie season, most of the media lost their freaking minds over him.
I think it may be an east coast vs west coast thing more than a race thing. Or maybe Wilson is just too nice? Maybe they just don't like being so wrong about him when he was drafted?
Maybe some combination of all those things?

I dunno, but I do know that Wilson is the player that the media so desperately wanted Michael Vick and RG3 to turn out to be. He's the "dual threat" QB so many members of hte media predicted could come along and turn the league on its ear...here he is right in front of them, and they're more interested in Andrew Luck.

I don't understand it...

Well, he's in a small market and he's destroying those media scouts beliefs about the importance of measureables with every great game, and he has very few faults from which they can pick his game apart.

I doubt they will truly give him his due unless he wins multiple Super Bowls and even if he does, there will still be doubters.

Luck Vs Wilson post season to date

Luck
135/227 1703 yards, 59% comp 7.5 ypa, 9tds/10int, .9 td/int %,QB rating 75, 124 yards rushing, total yards form scrimmage 1827, avg ranking of defenses faced 18

Wilson
97/152 1364 yards, 8.97 ypa, 9tds, 1int, 9 td/int %, QB rating 109+, 191 rushing yards, and 1555 total yards form scrimmage, avg ranking of defenses faced 12

So basically once again Wilson wins in every category but yards, Hmm how interesting considering Luck has the better oline, better WR, played easier defenses. Also interesting as I said before Is how all those thing Future keeps knocking Wilson for Luck did today and last week. Could it be that the truth is a dual threat QB who can throw great in the pocket and out, and can scramble and run is more dangerous than a pocket only statue passer? I Mean that is all the NFL network guys are talking about is how Wilson is the most dangerous QB in the game, how can that be when Future says he is barely top 10 if that. Hmm could it be Future is.....wrong. Lets see Future or experts, Future or Experts. Seems like a no brainer Future as always your wrong.
