Great link.
Part of me still can't believe we won it all. After waiting so long, it seems like it isn't real.

What just occurred to me was I think the whole nature or attitude of this team changed a few years ago with Lynch's Beast Quake run against N.O.
Everything seemed to change after that win and it seems everyone bought into what Pete was selling. They only needed a few more pieces to legitimately challenge for the championship and in the next 2 years they got them.

There was a LOT of futility involved in all those years of being a Seahawks fan, interspersed with some few and far between bright spots. I still giggle a little to myself when I walk into a store and see the Hawks championship gear displayed so prominently. I always wear my Seahawks coat and yesterday someone said to me, "I'll bet you feel proud to wear that around now." and I replied, "I have felt proud to wear it for 38 years. It's just that now I don't get jeered about it."

And no, it isn't the same coat for 38 years. GO HAWKS!

p.s. Skip Bayless is an idiot. They should play that clip of him before every home game on the big screen at the Clink.

Straight up awesome video! I can't wait to get my Super bowl video.

Skip Bayless is a super douche! Man does he look stupider than ever. "They can throw everything including the kitchen sink at Manning and it won't matter."
That fact that he was so passionate when he said it , like it was a matter of fact is awesome! I would have loved to see the look on his face during the game. Screw you and everyone else that didn't give the Hawks a chance.

It will be interesting and fun to watch the talking heads jump on the Hawks wagon this off season. I hope they still have crow on their face.

The amazing thing about Skip Bayless, aside from the fact that I don't recall a single thing he's ever been right about, and aside from the fact that he has a job doing something he's painfully bad at, is the fact that he never learns.
Even dumb animals learn...not Skip Bayless. He makes the same stupid predictions over and over and over again.
This entire season was one long crow sandwich for him, starting from his preseason predictions, which he couldn't have possibly been more wrong about.*
He was wrong about the Seahawks from before the seasons started all the way through the regular season, through the playoffs and in the Superbowl. Literally picking against them talking bad about them all the way. Amazing stupidity. The depth and breadth of his stupidity is staggering. Stephen A. Smith is barely half a step better though, they are both completely mindless. That show is just completely un-watchable. I have no idea how they keep getting jobs!!! How can a person with literally a 100% failure rate keep getting work doing something he's absolutely horrible at and knows absolutely nothing about?

* Except when he said that Arizona would be better, which was painfully obvious given that they had gotten an actual NFL QB. After all, even a bad one was better than the below replacement level garbage they'd been trotting out! That was such a no brainer prediction I give him no credit for making it, and his Redskins prediction was so horrible it would have offset any accurate prediction he'd made anyway.
