I saw this, this morning when I went to Fieldgulls, and the one thing that struck me the most, even though he didn't spell it out, was a connection to something Earl had said earlier this year about he and Bobby Wagner, trying to emulate the way that Ray Lewis and Ed Reed played together, and communicated with each other on the field.
Clearly his friendship with Ray Lewis is having a VERY positive impact on ET3's leadership.

I know this, the two most irreplaceable players on this team are Russell Wilson and Earl Thomas. We probably don't really realize what it is we are looking at most of the time, because it's just the beginning, and because things can change so quickly, and we fans have been so disappointed in the past, but what we are seeing is the beginning of SEVERAL Hall of Fame careers, Earl is without a doubt the best safety in the game right now and barring injury well on his way to becoming one of the greatest safeties to ever play the game. Also, (I believe)we're seeing the beginning of a Seahawks dynasty that will rival the success of the Patriots.
It's hard to see that when you're still at the very embryonic stages of it, but that's what it is we are seeing I believe.
