A couple of signings - Jeanpierre & Johnson

Re-signed both on one year deals.
I like Jeanpierre - I didn't see a big dropoff from Unger and more importantly he and Wilson were mostly on the same page for the snap.
Johnson is a good backup to have now that he really knows the system and responsibilities.

We tendered Johnson as a 2nd round restriction FA, I imagine this is him signing his tender. Lem would have been an RFA too but we didn't up his tender.

I like these signings; solid depth; solid contributors. This front office knows what it is doing, but we already knew that.

Honestly I was a little surprised Baldwin didn't grab a first round tender, with the idea of giving him a 4 yr contract.

Maybe they want Baldwin to see exactly what he is worth on the market.

If no team steps up, then you know the answer. But if Oakland steps up, then we are F'd.
