Related to Superbowl XL and theories - here is a simple conclusion that everyone should agree on.

1. The referee's (without a doubt) determined the outcome of that game.

2. Now the only question is was it just incompetence on the game officials acting alone? Or was their actions directed by their employers - the NFL front office? Or someone else?


#1 we know the answer - end of discussion.

#2 ? We will never know.
