What's your football id?

Id
The id (Latin for "it") is, according to Sigmund Freud, the "part of the personality structure that contains a human's basic, instinctual drives". It's what you see yourself as, it's the real you. As football fans we all have a Football id, the position we all see ourselves as. Whether we ever played the game or not, when we imagine ourselves in a game it's as this id, playing this position. I thought it'd be interesting to find out what everyone else's id is.
I'm a guard at heart. I also played D-line but I enjoyed playing guard much better. As a D-Tackle or Nose Guard (as we called 'em back in the day) I often felt like a punching bag, always geeting double teamed, being expected to Hold my ground and react to the pressure being exerted on me (not letting that other guard move me ehere he wanted me) ... it was when we went on offense and I got to play guard myself that I got to go beat the snot out of the other guy for a change! Pass blocking wasn't as fun, but as much as enjoyed getting a tackle or a sack and hearing all the cheers, I very much preferred the satisfaction of a great block! Especially pulling and getting a head of steam up and pancaking someone!
So How about it, what's your football id?
