If you don't like Sherman, because you're a stuffy old fart who doesn't "get these youngsters these days", this probably won't change your mind. But if you are able to recognize that this guy is unflinchingly poking his finger right into the eye of NFL hypocrisy, and doing it with a smile on his face and with clever, wry wit, then you're gonna LOVE THIS!

That was absolutely hilarious. I like how Doug is holding the cardboard standup, but still talking.

I sure don't like that.

The Hawks are better than that, in the middle of a playoff race in a tough division????

Love my team but that was cheesy and unprofessional.

It was mildly amusing and Sherman (& Baldwin) get points for originality, but I kinda hope it's the last we see of this.

I guess what I like most is that they were, essentially, defending the (non speaking) philosophy of Beast, (in addition to speaking out against all the hypocrisy the league practices).

Eh, Goodell's a deserving target, but struck me as a little corny, too.

Also, I'd be more comfortable knowing 100% of their ire is being directed at the 49ers.

It may have been slightly corny but well deserved. It is by no means unprofessional to call out hypocrisy, over control, stupidity, singling out, GREED, and much much more. No wonder our country is where it is, most everyone wants to sit back and accept nonsense against you and do nothing about it because it may look unprofessional or some garbage to one or another.

Fight the good fight and quit judging, protect yourself by any means and quit trying to control people. Remember, no matter what position in life you are in, NO ONE owns you, and you have a right to speak up about it. Weather it be the government or the NFL, the people make them not the other way around. Sounds to me that we own them even if they do the books!!! :D

I think, like the poster above stated it was about defending their team mate Marshawn Lynch.
A little cheesy, but a poke in the eye of the NFL establishment.

Gave me a good laugh with the cardboard cut out.

LOL misprint Ray Rice.
As for the skit 2 thoughts. #1 Any slam on Goodell is a deserved one. Hes a sleazeball. The league has advanced in spite of him and he is a lying, controlling, conflicted, inconsistent fart in the wind that makes 44 million a year.
#2 I think the skit is brilliant. It lightens up the mood, helps the team bond and keep guys loose going into a huge game.

Watch Out! Goodell is probably vindictive and will call the officials at the game tomorrow and tell them to throw many flags on both players.

I get the premise of the statement . I just don't like the timing and or the way it was done. That's all.

Hes been doing it for TWO YEARS! Hawks won it all in spite of leading the league in penalties. This year we have been penalized almost TWICE as often as our opponents for roughly twice the yards. And our opponents have been penalized less against us than their average against other teams, significantly so. Last week they refused to call a false start even after Seahawks players stood up and pointed it out. Carroll had finally had enough and went off after last game. I was there and had a great view of the Maxwell PI call from the 100 level and it was horseshit. Carroll saw it the same way. The week before they blow 2 PIs against KC and Blandino says "sorry" then they turn around and a ref throws a flag on a beautiful play right off the bat in Seattle's house. The calls and no calls have been ridiculous and cost us at least 1 game. Our schedule is ridiculous. They hate us and it will be an incredible feat to overcome the amount of adversity needed to win again.
