The Lambs are actually looking like the 2nd best team in the NFC West.

The Rams should move back to LA, IMO that is where they belong. Right now they are looking hot so better watch out! Nothing to lose teams are a hand full.

Yup. We're gonna have our hands full when they come to our house. It's never an easy game with them. We don't match up well with those guys.

Yep, they are FINALLY looking like the team I thought they would look like at the beginning of the season. Of course, having your starting QB go down with an ACL tear, kind of throws a wrench in the best laid plans.

If the Rams ever figure out their QB situation, they will give us a run for the division. The Rams scare me, seriously.
Niners and Cards, nah...Rams scare me, they already play us tough no matter the records, imagine that sick pass rush with an offense that is actually dangerous...scary thought!

The only thing Seattle needs to concern itself with is this week, and after that next week, beyond that who knows, what I would guess though is that the trick punt from the 13 won't work again, the Seahawks will cover the Rams mistakes this time, and it won't even be close. We'll see how the Rams fare against the Cards and then talk, honestly hoping the Rams can do us a solid, since they pretty much stole a game earlier in the season, but if I was you Rambo, I would be watching my own team, and concentrating on their flaws, and whether they are addressing them properly, vast difference between Seattle on the road, and Oakland at home or Washington in the nations capital

The Rams defense is playoff calibre right now.

Problem is, they need to find their next QBOTF, because it ain't gonna be Bradford, and none of their existing quarterbacks are good enough to be a legit #1. That's a tough piece of the team puzzle to solve, too, because it takes some franchises years to find and develop one.

It will be a tough game in a couple weeks, but at home and the way the Seahawks are rolling right now, we'll win.

Beyond that, Jeff Fisher is a heck of a HC. He's got his guys running through the brick wall for him.

And so does Pete.

^^^ YES to this. Go Rams Thursday night!

And I agree with other posters, the Rams always scare me. Even when we are rolling, they present problems for us (I mean sheesh, who goes for a fake punt on their own 20 yard line with a narrow lead?) We have had at least two, if not 3 ST related losses to these guys in recent years. Even though the MIGHTY niners are coming to town and we have the division leading (conference leading) Cards at their house - that Ram game at the end of the season scares me the most. Not that it is up to me - I trust Pete will have his team ready for each match-up and they will NOT overlook anyone.

It could well come down to a win against the Rams for the Division and we'd better play some inspired ball to get that done.

As for Bradford, he certainly came out in year one and demonstrated that he could be the one. Last year, before his injury, he was amongst league leaders in most categories and he did carve up some good defenses. I just don't know if he can stay healthy. I would say, however, that I am not in the camp that thinks his career is over just yet. Perhaps it's nearing the end for the Rams, but I would not be surprised if he had a Rich Gannon like resurrection at some point.

Everybody worries me. That being said I think the Hawks are going to have a major Woodie for the Rams after that flim flam gimmick win aided by terrible biased officiating. Payback is a MoFo. Sorry Rambo back to the concrete jungle you go. Maybe next year.

Both teams Defenses are playing lights out of late, so at this point it looks like it could be a real Defensive battle.
Maybe a George Allen special with the final score being 2-0 and one of the Defenses scoring a safety.

They arent going to stop Seattle. Wilson already hung an NFL record 400 burgher on them on the road. Its going to be a defensive battle alright. One sided. 27-10 Hawks.

If he ever gets canned, we should hire Fisher as our Special Teams Coach. That man has some mind for when to and how to fake it.

So much for the Rams, lol.

Wow.

That was easily the worst TNF game of the year, with neither side showing much of anything.

We are going to CRUSH Stl when they come to The Clink.

6pts?

At home?

Cards D is good, but not that good. Rams are inept offensively, and they blow a golden opportunity to reach .500 for the 1st time in years.

You know what though? This is better this way, it keeps us being the hunter, with the Cards still ahead of us by a game. This means that, while the game against the Cards means everything for both teams, it's the Hawks doing the hunting and the Cards just trying to hold on. It's the Hawks aggressively trying to take away something that is right now the Cardinals while the Cards are trying to protect a slim lead.

Plus it's good to see both of these teams, both Rams and Cards, look like garbage right now. :D I wanted to see a whole bunch of chinks in their respective armors, and that's exactly what I saw. Neither team is anywhere near good enough to beat us if we play the way we're capable of playing.
Now, it's just a matter of staying hot, which is why it's probably better it turned out this way.

EDIT: Besides, Ryan Lindley (whoever that is) ain't beating the Seahawks. Cards are toast now going with a third string QB, and forced to try to to run against our defense.
They have virtually ZERO chance against us, even at home.

Man, the Rams looked terrible last night, marginally worse than the Cards. Neither of those quarterbacks look decent enough to where they could start for almost any top 25 college program. I can't see any of our last 3 opponents giving us any trouble. This December schedule is looking a lot less intimidating than it did a month ago. The Cards are going to be the weakest team in the playoffs.

I agree with Monkey. The Cards winning might help us keep our eyes on the prize, although I don't think it's a requirement. If a team needs something like that to keep them motivated in December during the stretch run....I'll let you guys finish the sentence.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. Division games are always tough and it's more about matchups than it is about body of work. Both the Cards and Rams always can present problems for the Seahawks for two reasons.

1. Calais Campbell destroys our offensive line. It doesn't matter who we put out there he consistently tears them up. There is no player in the league that worry about more when the Seahawks play them (including JJ Watt).

2. Robert Quinn destroys Russell Okung. Okung just cannot block that guy. There is only one player in the NFL I worry about more about when the Seahawks play them (see above).

The Seahawks should still win just by virtue of the bums they are lining up at QB but I don't assume that either game will be easy.

Kalibane is right. The NFL is crazy. I wasted my time watching some of the worst football I have ever seen last night. Having said that, either team could get an upset victory over us in the coming weeks. I seriously doubt that will happen, but you never know. There are some individual matchups that don't favor us.

Division games are tough.
But we're the best team in our division, and I think the roll continues to close out the season.

The player's mindset is on track, IMO. They won't take any of the next 3 weeks lightly, because they can't afford to.
I'm just really encouraged by our chances given what's going on with each of our remaining opponents

SF has a lame duck coach and an offense that can't score.

The Cards offense isn't the same with Stanton, and we already know we're capable of beating them, just like we did against the 49ers.

We will be beyond motivated to get even with the Rams, who's offense is as inept as Az and SF.

One at a time...but I believe we'll win each one.

I honestly think that the toughest game will be the one tomorrow. I worry about a team like the Niners that are virtually eliminated from the playoffs and have absolutely nothing to lose. Fake punts, onsides kicks, trick plays, 4th and 1 bombs, etc, are all on the table, plus there's a chance that we could be looking past them to our game with the Cards. This game could go a lot of different ways.

But I think it's only going to go in one particular way...a Seahawk win.

I thought of that, too (looking past SF), but I think it helps that it's an important divisional game.

Had it been non division or a random AFC opponent, then I could see us possibly looking past the 49ers.

As it is, no. These last 3 are so key.

Beyond that, SF is really in a funk. They're dangerous for reason that their playoff hopes are slim, and when they're on the field they'll be focused on the game.

But the fact that JH is now, more or less, a lame duck coach, that's gotta affect the mindset to some degree.

Plus, Kaep has just been awful, period, and his career worst games come at the hands of the Seahawks, especially at The Clink. I think we'll be fine.

Seattle, 31-13.

With all due respect, Student Body Left and Student Body Right was USC well before Pete, in the days of John McKay and John Robinson. Kinda like Three Yards and a Cloud of Dust was Ohio State when Woody Hayes was their coach.

But it is a funny cartoon, particularly since it has such a large degree of truth in it.

The 9ers look like a mash unit along with their other issues.A very long lost of out/doubtful/questionable, Stevie Johnson is out which is big IMO. I think we will see a very run heavy game plan and lots of gambling on defense from them. I expect a good test. Its their last chance. Its like the Alamo, there's no back door. I think they will fight to the death but ultimately Seattle will prevail.
