OT Derek Carr Fined for doing MJ Dance

So the NFL has fined Derek Carr for the iconic MJ dance he did for his endzone celebration. The irony is he was fined $14,069 for it. I just don't get the NFL, because the ruling was for "an act that is sexually suggestive or offensive." Really NFL? The MJ dance is iconic, and even on AGT which is a family show for all ages, has had numerous MJ impersonators come on stage and reenact moves on a family program.

Here is a link above the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders doing their routine in their two piece outfits, and this is just a sample. Would anyone consider their routine "sexually suggestive?" I just don't get this league when they want laydown their moral compass and determine what is suitable for the paying audience.
