I was going to be a jokster and post this in the RIP thread, but respectfully that wouldn't be correct. But RIP to the Chiefs 3-peat, even the Zebras couldn't save them this time.

Why aren't we seeing more of Taylor Swift? I don't get it.

Well we have the Mango Mussolini in attendance, and he probably jinxed the Chiefs.

I didn't even feel like watching this Super Bowl. I guess the Eagles were better than I thought. They were the more complete team. KC's luck finally ran out and they got smoked. That's why no one has Threepeated yet or had an undefeated season including a Super Bowl. May not happen while we live, but I'd sure prefer Seattle to be the one to do it if they ever did.

I think Aseahawkfan is correct in saying the Eagles won because they were the more complete team. I would also add that the one glaring flaw that KC exhibited all year came back to bite them big time in this Superbowl and that is a leaky O line. It was their weak point and the D line was the Eagles strong point. A bad combo for KC. The differential was too great to allow Mahomes to pull any rabbits out of his hat this time. I will also have to say that Jalen Hurts throws a beautiful deep ball.

Eagles OL played well and sometimes dominated too.
They won by controlling the trenches.
Outside of KC, the best teams seem to be able to win the battle for the LoS.

Like everyone else, I was surprised at the margin of difference in the score, but I was pretty confident that the Eagles would win. At least this season, I felt that the Chiefs were overrated. They won a lot of close games this season, a couple they had no business winning. Their luck finally ran out.

Trenches, trenches, trenches.

OL and DL were dominant. Hopefully, our idiot GM is paying attention for once.

Looking forward to the Seahawk Raiders SB next year
