Well they pulled the trigger on Tyler Lockett, knew it was coming but it's still a bit sad.

#16 is going to look good in the rafters of Lumen.

Really good person, too. He’s been called the ultimate Seahawk by others and Russell Wilson in a tweet said the best toe tapper in the NFL.

Yeah, it's sad to see Lockett and us parting ways. I was hoping for him to retire as a Seahawk, but oh, well.

I'll remember him most for that gruesome injury he suffered. Quite a recovery, especially given the demands of his position.

Wow, yeah, I forgot about that injury. Tyler Lockett is so underappreciated it's criminal. I remember being at the Pro Shop in Renton years ago, my son already had a RW jersey and wanted another one. Sherm? Beastmode? Earl? Baldwin? Kam? Nope, we walked out with a #16. Good kid.

I think retirement is on the horizon for Lockett, as he hasn't signed anywhere at this point and it's pretty known he has a nice little real estate business established in WA. I can see him on weekends doing guest talks with the sports announcers and working with TV and running his real estate firm.
