The Seahawks get the following compensatory picks:

Round 4 #137 (35th pick in R4)
Round 5 #172 (36th pick)
Round 5 #175 (39th pick)

I read 10 picks in the top 100. I guess we'll see if JS can pick quality.

Lots of room to wiggle down and stock up on those cost effective 7th rounders…..

Seems like a test for JS, as he needs to make hay or take his truck down the road. There is wealth in the middle rounds this time, and that is where we have picks. He needs tu show he can get the crate in gear.

Lots of flexibility, plenty of capital to trade up if we see a player we really like fall to within our reach. I remember in 2021, we had just 3 picks and wasted our first one on Dee Eskridge.

I could also see us putting a couple of those picks in the bank by trading them to another team for future picks.

The meat of the draft is from the mid to late 1st to the late 3rd/early 4th, but maybe trading the comp 4th this year for next years late 3rd or early 4th could be an option.
