That might be enough to cover the surgery to have his GIANT VAGINA removed.

I swear, some people will go to the ends of the Earth when it comes to being butt hurt.

How many tickets were available anyway? I heard numerous different reports from between 300 and 2000.... and those were sold out in less minute? so incredibly ridiculous. For all of the "unknown" reasons that Hawks feel compelled to be in a rivalry ( well according to a particular poster) when SF fans "don't" they sure do make a lot of noise ( report they are petitioning to get color of transit changed because they are to similar to Seahawks colors, billboard with irrelevant info put in Seattle, "beyond reproach" shots, petition to NFL to penalise fan noise, etc) for fans that don't care about Seattle or their team and fan base....

To many butt hurt fans in SF to even fit into a post, yet the vehemence with which Seattle "bandwagon" fans celebrate is simply uncalled for? LMFAO..... what a bunch of CHUMPS.

A lot of musical acts have gone to announcing concert sales ahead of time to fans, FB groups, etc. They feel this allows the people that are supporting them by buying their music a chance at the best seats instead of autodialers snapping up the best seats to resell.

The way I look at the Seahawks decision, as well as other cities that do the same thing, is that they want to reward hometown fans first. Obviously season ticket holders should get the first crack, and they do. Second in line should be local fans that occasionally go to games, buy gear, and support local businesses. I'm not against out of state fans for any reason, but when it comes down to just a few hundred tickets like that they should go to locals.

As others have said, this wasn't, and isn't, unique to Seattle, and there are (at least arguably) legitimate reasons behind it.

I hope those idiots of that team just keep on spending stupid money on these things. Maybe he should buy some tickets to this T-day game so he can see the sounds of silence reign down on his new britches stadium.

The "legitimate reason" is to try to restrict secondary sources from scooping up tickets then re-selling them at a huge mark up. Denver did the same thing in the AFC Championship game, restricting their sales to a handful of states in the Rocky Mountain region. It didn't prevent this guy from getting tickets, it just prevented him from getting them on the Seahawks/NFL website.

The only chump is you dude. Read your own post. Yes, people DO hate your fanbase now, because of people like you. And if you think that is limited to the bay area, guess again. You're right alongside us and the Cowboys now. You've become exactly what you hated, and the irony is hillarious - because now everyone hates you too. It's what you begged for so long. You earned it. Congrats and enjoy. Yes, this one guy represents the millions in our fanbase. Time to pool together your money and fly another banner, buy some more bricks and "hit Twitter like no other fanbase" per NFL.com.

Enjoy and take care bro.

Ah, classy to the end. If all I have to suffer is an arrogant fan base attempting to tell me I'm arrogant to enjoy Championships, I suppose I'll have to suffer it, simply not worse than to listen to one continually attempting to "teach" me the finer points of football, what I should think or feel, or say, all the while professing to "know" how to be a "true" classy fan like yourself who goes on another teams board, and can't handle the back lash that occurs when he makes ignorant, inflammatory, assignign remarks, or simply ignores posts, resorting to blatant lying, and supports those with claims of being unable to get on a computer ( especially someone who claims to argue law LMFAO) and when they feel the urge throws out an insult, I suppose I can cope for a Lombardi or more.

For 20+ years I have had to bite my tongue about the arrogance of those fan bases, so if I lack the proper sympathy for you and your base, tough. It is my LONG awaited moment, and your damn right I EARNED it, and I am DAMN sure going to enjoy it, whether that coincides with you simplistic uneducated view of who I am, or who and what this fan base is, doesn't mean diddly to me. I could care less if you like, respect, or give two shakes about me. You don't know me, you DON'T know this fan base, and really, you DON'T know much about this team, and you continue to prove that point repeatedly.

You, too, Mr. Butthurt. Make sure to take an extra pillow for underneath when you fly.

I'm not saying I think anyone's OK'd to engage in classless 'fandom', but when you accuse a fanbase of being classless because they don't coddle some asshole's crybaby rant about not being able to buy a ticket as conveniently as others, you're not going to be taken seriously.

Question: Did his tax money help build Century Link? I suppose it's techinically possible because I believe a hotel tax was involved in the stadium funding but that would be minimal contribution to say the least and if he has not visited Seattle then he has contributed absolutely nothing to the "publicly" funded stadium and his already specious argument falls completely flat on it's face.

This is the height of ridiculousness.

Perhaps he ought to sue the Saints for beating the Niners and preventing them from attaining home field advantage and allowed Ticketmaster to honor his credit card.

Why does Future even post here?? WHY? Because he is a TROLL. Have you noticed that he is getting worse since the Hawks gained the upper hand ? He can't stand that our Hawks kick his team's behind. Just as some couldn't stop themselves from feeding CPR I am sure that there will be some who just can't stop themselves from feeding Futurbite. Try remembering how sweet it was when CPR was finally BANNED.

I know, I know, you enjoy Futurbite posting here and crying about how his team keeps chocking on the "big one" and all but what he is really doing is RAINING ON OUR PARADE and quite frankly I too have waiting too long just to have someone come along and take a big fat DUMP in the middle of our celebration.

You guys need to relax. Let Future do his thing. He gets about 5 well reasoned, sometimes comical rebukes every time he posts one of his opinions. It's entertaining as hell to read some of those responses to his posts by Roach, burrton, kalibane, et al. We don't have a whole heck of a lot of participants here, and whether you agree with him or not, Future 'sells' this forum by the number of posters that respond to him.

Future doesn't fit my definition of a troll. Those of us from the PI will remember CP Returns. He was a troll, and intentionally posted material that was intended solely to inflame opinions and irritate posters. I don't get that sense, or at least not to the same degree, as I did with CP.

No one can rain on our parade. Besides, the parade is over. Time for us to focus on the upcoming season, the draft, what we're going to do about our OL, if Percy Harvin is going to come to the party or not, etc. Don't let Futureite bother you.

Don't take my rebukes for some sort of desire to have him banned. I didn't do it with CP or boot n' his arose or any other that came on here with that idiocy, he's entitled to his opinion, no matter how inaccurate or misinformed that opinion happens to be, BUT he better be prepared to be called out on it, and have his opinion attacked. He is indeed a "rival" fan ( whether he agrees with the idea of it being a "rivalry" or not) and most of his claims or arguments, if not outright inflammatory, certainly skirts that line.

Well, the guy suing is a Fool, because this thing is gonna get thrown out or dismissed one way or another.

And that's because other franchises already set the precedent that the Seahawks merely followed for their NFCCG tix.

It's a money grab, pure and simple. And in the end, all he's accomplishing is outing himself as an idiot.

I'll have to claim credit for getting CP banned at the PI. I actually thought he generated a lot of interest, and although I know he ran off a couple of posters, his net effect was on the plus side. I just got tired of his continual veiled slights, backhanded compliments, diverting threads into Cowboyland, etc. I reported him one day for posting an off topic subject and the next morning, he was banned.

I'll admit that Futureite does push the envelope at times and can make inflammatory remarks, like his claim about RW having said that he deserved ROY, but he's still makes a valuable contribution if for nothing else, to get us folks off our dead behinds. I actually enjoy debating him, although I wish he'd fess up when he's wrong, which is is more times than he'd like to admit. I also think there's a value in having a fan of our arch rival as a regular contributor. I don't want see him run off.

Great post Dog. I agree 100%. The suit is nothing more than an attempt by a lawyer, or law firm to profit from a situation that they see potential profit in. It has nothing to do with loyalty to a team, distribution of tickets, or anything other than a chance to make money. As for Future, I was amused at the level of intensity of his post. He usually puts up his arguments in a calm, pointed way, no matter how unfounded they may be. If there's any difference between Future & CP, it's that Future maintained a level of civility in his posts. This is the first time I've seen him blow a gasket. It amused me. If the Seahawks win the division again this upcoming season, I wonder which Futurite we'll see, the quasi sensible niner advocate who makes his points in a civil way, or the raving lunatic fan that we get enjoyment from reading due to the absurdity of his misguided ramblings... Oh, and the suit asks for $50 million in damages. What a freakin joke, but whats even funnier is that I wouldn't be surprised to see him win it.

Oh, I'd be extremely surprised to see him win it, or for it to even make it to court. Here's why:

The Hawks weren't the only team that restricted ticket sales to a particular region. Denver did the same exact thing in the AFC Championship game. It's done to prevent 3rd parties that have no intentions of going to the game from buying then re-selling tickets at a huge mark-up. It was not, as he claims, to pack the stadium with Seahawk fans. There were relatively few tickets sold via the Ticketmaster website compared to season ticket holders, by far the largest holders of playoff tickets.

This action by the Seahawks did not prevent this idiot from attending the game. There were a number of other vendors selling tickets to the game, such as Stub Hub and Razor Gator. Granted, he probably would have had to pay a higher price than he could have gotten through the Hawks, but if he truly was planning on attending, that small difference pales in comparison to the plane ticket, the hotel room, meals, drinks, and the box of Kleenex he would have gone through after the game. If he really wanted to attend the game and been willing to fork out all that money for all that other stuff, a $100 difference in the price to buy tickets would not have been a deal breaker.

My take is that this guy had no intentions of going to the game and that he's doing this simply for the publicity that he's already received. I'll bet this lawsuit never even sees a court room.

If he wins it, there goes the NFL. EVERY fan can then sue the NFL. Every NE fan, every, niner fan, and every fan that simply wants to claim they wanted to go to a game outside their timezone. I could claim I wanted to attend the Broncos/NE game and follow suit as this chump as well. The league and court system aren't going to pay this guy. Period.

He must be related to Hairball. Whining all the time. Personally if I were this fan I would have been royally pissed about traveling 1200 miles to watch my team lose in agonizing fashion. A buddy and I went to the game vs AZ last year and paid a fraction of what he would have paid and lets just say the experience was a serious buzz kill. The dude should be thanking his lucky stars he didn't have to watch something far more agonizing. F the 9ers. F their fans. I hope they fall off a cliff. Whose your Daddy Whiners.
