Simon out with knee scope

Tharold Simon had to have a "minor" knee procedure. Bummer for him, he looked great this pre-season. Hope he gets well soon.

This is a bummer, JeanPierre is our backup center, a pretty important position and he filled in adequately for Unger last season.
