Trump Signs First Proclaimation after Mid Terms

So the asylum seekers now have to come in through a port of entry and not over a fence or river. I bet it won't even make it to Noon before a judge in the 9th district stays that proclaimation.
We'll be testing the new courts and the system I mentioned in the other thread about how government power has morphed.

He's fully within his rights to do that, and in fact, I thought it already was the law. AFAIK, "asylum" is a specific legal proceeding with clearly defined steps, the first of which is *not* entering the country illegally.
This might also be a good time to note that around 75% of asylum seekers are denied, so gird your loins for another round of "TEH TRUMP IS RAYCISS!" bs when most of them are sent packing.

If you enforce immigration laws, you're racist, unless you're a Democrat.

And if you do what's best for the legal citizens of your country you are a Nazi and need to be condemned, admonished and eventually beating into a pulp to show anyone else that thinks about doing that what will happen to them. (Hmmm.... Sounds like fascism right there, don't it?)
