Congrats, as you all have noted, is for the D, which should be mentioned with the legendary Bears, Ravens, and Steeler teams. Now they just need to string a couple more years together to unseat those Bears. It's only right that the MVP was from the defense, although I'd rather have seen the whole D get the award. Smith had the better stat sheet with the pick 6 and FR, but both of those were right place-right time situations created but others. Can any one in here remember a more dominating TEAM effort to win the SB? I can't.
Also, anyone hear the Sherman update? After the game ended, I had to round up the kids and get home to put them to bed and missed all of the post game stuff. Sucks that he couldn't finish the game, but he definitely left his mark on it.
