That’s about as dumb as it gets- officials really need to understand the game. Your going to call that he gave himself up 1/2 yard before the first down as opposed to diving for the first down? Really???? Get out of the way and stop over-officiating. He dove for the first down and got it. All day I’ve seen bad call after bad call. Knock it off!!!

Wilson short slides again. My feeling is that he often gets too conservative when he goes into a slide or goes out of bounds. I appreciate the fact that he is saving his bones but I have felt he often should have gotten a little more out of the play. When he goes to baseball spring training this year he should work on his slide for next year's football season.
