Maybe they're still working out a plan of attack that suits them both. Otherwise I can't imagine why they wouldn't have at least in some way given us a clue at to what's going on.

Good move as he’s one of our most consistent D-Linemen.

As we need an influx of talent just to keep pace with the NFC West, it’s starting to look bleak at the moment.

In the past he's made some great late moves, and who knows how this is going to work out. They kept us very competitive, very few teams can compare. We'll see.

NorthHawk wrote:Yah, although I think Pete would have given up a lot for Adams, they ended up trading away starting QB draft capital for a Safety. That doesn’t seem like a Schneider type of trade, but it does seem like a Carroll compulsion from where I sit. Kind of like his time mgmt impulses where he has brain cramps in games.

RB, 3rd WR, LG, DE, CB and our RT was hurting. Not to mention an Offense that was handcuffed by an outdated philosophy.

Seems to me that it's business as usual: he finds out what kind of players the coaches are looking for and does his best to fill the bill. And done it well IMHO. I have no interest whatsoever in a 12-4 coach retiring. Been thru listening to those who felt Knox had to go, and Holmgren had to go (some on here whined incessantly about him) and suffered thru Flores and Mora. Fans don't know when they've got it good.
