Seahawks v 49ers Game Thread

Nobody started this yet??

Looks like our defense forgot to show up yet. This is how you lose games you should win...

We still have those same problems in the red zone on offense, having to settle for FG's instead of TD's. The Niner O-Line is blowing our D-line off of the LOS, that is not a good sign. This on a day when the Packers lose opening up the possibility of the Seahawks earning HFA. They just got to take advantage of this.

Our offensive line is such a piece of sht.

Hold on Britt, false start on Okung on this drive alone.

[edit]

And before I could navigate away they give up a sack. The line just gave away points.

Yes the offensive line is just such a constant source of frustration. They kill so many drives with stupid penalties and plain inability to pass block.

It is at this point I worry about not getting any points before the half.
edit. Now I worry about the 10 second fun off.

edit. So, RW throws it up for grabs and we don't get any points. That team meeting should include Wilson and his poor decision making as of late.

We look like s*** on both sides of the ball for the most part.

Horrible first half.

This is how you say "Thanks, but no thanks" to Buffalo for dropping GB today.

Russell's worst decision of the year to throw that pass. I don't understand that play call at all. Bad enough they had to go for it, Russell's decision made it even worse.

Well, if we were going to play a bad half of football, I'd rather it come in the first half vs. the 2nd.

Really just an awful decision on the final play of the half, both the call ( who the hell runs a skinny post to the middle of the field with 8 seconds left at the end of the half) and execution, ball sailed, should have been fired out of the back of the endzone if for no other reason than to get a FG. Plenty of "head scratching" moments in the first half.

Pull your heads out fella's and get back to playing Seahawks football. GO HAWKS!

What would that have been - a 50 yard FG?
It seems to me a low % play too throw it down the middle with no timeouts and 8 seconds left.
Who even called that?

Bad challenge, the ball never touched the ground. Losing a timeout could be huge.

Good waste of a timeout that we will probably need later. Coaching sucks with these calls today. End of 1st half and now this. Pull your heads out

Lots of penalties, mostly pre-snap. We shoulda drawn a PI on the last series, though.

Absolutely atrocious play calling at the end of the half. Even the play before the interception - if Baldwin would have caught that the clock would have kept running and there was only 12 seconds left - not sure the seahawks would have been able to line up and spike the ball in that period of time.

I was worried all week about this being a trap game - hearing "12's" speak all disrespectfully about the 49ers and reading all the tombstone articles about the 49ers, Harbaugh and Kaepernick.

They showed up ready to play a Superbowl today - this should have been easily foreseen by nearly everyone.....

Big Time TD in a game that these will be hard to come by.

A Touchdown on this drive would make this game very difficult for the 49er's to pull out.

I'm feeling a lot better now. Need at least a FG out of this drive.

Glad we brought Walters back. Not flashy, but gets the job done.

Agreed Terrible call - there was no roughing the passer on that call against the 49ers.

That made up for the pass interference that wasn't called in the first half, so tell Harbaugh we're even.
