Good size - 6'4", 206.

Probably envisioned as the #3 guy now.

With those measurables, why hasn’t he stuck with a team for a few years?
He signed a 1 year deal this year even though he played for Kubiak last year so he knows him.

Played with multiple good QBs including Rodgers, Mahomes, and Josh Allen, but couldn't put up big numbers. I guess he is cheap and isn't nothing.

He is a vet and the intended #3WR -- typical JS signing. They were in on Cooper Kupp as well, but I think this is preferable.

You aren't signing in-his-prime Jerry Rice. The available free agent WRs are pretty meh.
