That's pretty cool, but, the show was really hard to watch. I did some taxes between Sherm and the team award.

What was with RW sitting by himself and all the rest of the team across the isle. Is he a Republican?

Not too interested in the ESPY's and wouldn't have clicked on the thread except to say...hello, Sis!

I did not watch it either. Last year was the first and only time I did and that was because it was playing in the eating establishment I happened to be in over in Kauai. I was irritated by Kap's outfit (I know, pretty petty) and that Eddie Lacy won offensive rookie of the year over Keenan Allen. I just thought/think it is a great deal harder to have an impact as a rookie at WR than RB - it felt like another instance of Green Bay love...blech. I was impressed, however, that some big fatties on the D-Line won some awards usually reserved for sexier players.

Last night, I saw the tape scroll along the bottom that our Hawks won team of the year and thought it deserved a shout out at least. No matter the circumstances - that can never be a bad thing.

Thanks for checking in RD. Hello to you too. I finished chemo last week. I am waiting for my blood counts to improve and I will likely have surgery on August 4th - followed by 6 weeks of radiation (daily) about 4 weeks later. It's been some tough slogging, but I have managed to keep a good outlook and stay busy with work and tasks without feeling too sorry for myself. My prognosis remains good...excellent really. thank you :D
