Well,

Its just after 5pm (August 1st) on a Friday here and I'm sipping a dirt colored beverage that I can't pronounce.
I just found some seahhawks stuff on you tube and going to try and watch it...

As I get geared up for the up coming season, I want to know what are chances are for repeating. I don't have access to live sports from the states and what I get from you tube is dated..
What do you think about our chances and I'm hoping some of you can link me to some reviews from ESPN or the NFL network.

Well chances for repeating are always low no matter how good the team is. That being said I think the Hawks chances are better than most as long as they aren't racked by injury.

The entire core of this team except Lynch has pretty much been in the league 5 years or fewer. Everyone's at an age where they should just now start hitting their primes. The team is deep, has strong leaders and their biggest offseason loss was a #2 WR.

The biggest obstacles will be injuries and the tough (on paper) schedule.

Seahawks.com will carry the NFLN content in a pretty timely manner, as well as a daily blog style look the day's activities, it'll be you best source for videos and such, but they hold off the news until it's official.

The local beat blogs from the Seattle Times: http://blogs.seattletimes.com/seahawks/ the PI: http://blog.seattlepi.com/football/ and the Tacoma News Tribune: http://blog.thenewstribune.com/seahawks/ are a daily must check aand of course right here is a pretty good starting point looking for news, opinion and a healthy dose of over-reaction theater ;)

Welcome aboard Wash, glad to have you join us!

Last year I was visiting my parents in Holland and went to nfl.com, it was a Thursday night game and I was able to watch game live on computer. I tried again that following Sunday but was unable to get it again. You are how ever able to watch pre season games for $19.99, they may do same thing for regular season when it starts but for now they only offer replay in 30 minutes https://gamerewind.nfl.com/nflgr/secure ... rod_GR_Nav It kind of sucks in order to watch all it will cost you $69.99 they have other plans to but you will have to purchase new plan for play offs

Well,

I think that the hawks are emerging as the strongest team in the NFC West (with all the injuries and such).
