OT sort of ALS challenge

Seriously? Can't put aside your pettinous and dooschbaggery even for charity? SMDH. Sure they are somehow celebrating this wherever red and gold rules the day, but how petty can someone get? Are we discussing an adult here or a petulant 12 year old. I'm sorry, but the "rivalry" is real, very real, no matter what anyone says, and it didn't just "start" this past season.

I've little doubt had it gone the other way, that it wouldn't have been handled like this. It's simply stupid and childish.

I know there was probably little to no reason to throw this into a thread, but to be honest it kind of shocked me. That a guy can be so petty as to refuse to chip in to a cause like this, out of jealousy, or spite or whatever irrational reason is really kind of sad to me.

Harbaugh hasn't "refused to chip in". He is going to do the challenge, just not Pete's challenge. He said his brother had also challenged him, although I wouldn't put it past him to come up with an excuse so he didn't have to associate himself with Pete.

Funny thing that. I'm sure you're aware that this being done almost entirely through the social and traditional media, and yet John Harbaugh, hasn't done the "challenge" much less "challenged" his brother to do it. Is it really so incredibly tough to simply do it, and say it's for a great cause, and be done with it?

I guess ultimately he "did it" so whatever his pettiness is really is irrelevant, but man, seriously?

Yeah, Jim H. continues to show his pettiness, BUT, did YOU see the Pete Carroll dunk ?? I did and it was pathetic. There was hardly any water in the bucket and I didn't see one bit of ice. So, Pete, if you are going to do it DO IT RIGHT!

There was ice, and a decent amount of water, Russ and whoever that is dumping the bucket just missed; they poured it over his left shoulder instead of his head (I think Russ' arms are too short ;) ) ... to his credit Pete tried to duck into it:

Same two fellas that did it in February Zach and Russell, and I think Russ came up a tad short then too... LOL

Well, from that angle I can see the ice and all of the water. The straight on angle that KIRO-TV showed the other day made it appear to me that there had been a low volume of water and no ice. I am glad to see I was wrong and that Pete did it the right way after all.
