They play for real today. My alma mater, Eastern Washington University, is currently the consensus #1 ranked team in the nation in FCS. They made it to the semi finals in each of the last two years, beat Oregon State last season, and won the FCS National Championship in 2010.

The Scream'in Eagles play host to Sam Houston State, another solid football program, today at 12:30pm, and it is televised live on ESPN. If you need a football fix this weekend, this would be a good alternative to Seahawk football.
